At Hoof & Paws, our Walk & Train service combines the benefits of exercise with professional training, all while helping your dog improve their behaviour. We don’t just walk your dog; we work with them on key skills like loose-leash walking, recall, and behaviour management—integrating training into their daily routine.
Our Walk & Train Service
Duration & Pricing:
- Walk & Train - £45.00 per session.
Training Focus Areas Include:
- Loose-leash walking
- Recall (coming when called)
- Socialization and behaviour management
- Polite greetings with other dogs and people… etc
What to Expect:
- During each Walk & Train session, we’ll integrate training exercises into the walk, allowing your dog to learn in real-world environments with positive reinforcement techniques. While your dog is out for their walk, they’ll be actively working on key skills.
Keeping You Involved in the Training Process
Although you may not be present during the Walk & Train session, we believe it’s essential for you to stay actively involved in your dog’s progress. To ensure that you can continue the training at home, we provide:
- Training Summaries After Each Session:
After each session, we’ll send you a brief summary outlining the training exercises we worked on, what went well, and areas where further focus is needed. This helps you understand what your dog is learning and how you can continue reinforcing it. - Owner Support:
We are always available to discuss your dog’s progress and answer any questions you may have. If you need guidance on how to continue supporting your dog’s training at home, we’ll provide you with practical advice and tips. - Video or Photos (when applicable):
we aim to provide video clips or photos of your dog during the session so you can see firsthand how they are progressing. This helps you feel more connected to the process.

Important Information
Please Inform Us of Any Special Requirements:
- If your dog has any medical conditions, dietary needs, or behaviour issues that need to be taken into account, please let us know before the session so we can plan accordingly.
Harness and Tag Requirements:
- For safety, all dogs must wear a Y-fronted harness and a collar with tags during their session.
